Please
make sure that your email system or spam filter is configured to
allow emails from the workcompedge.com domain. Typically this will
involve putting “*@workcompedge.com” on the “white
list” of your email or spam filtering software so that you
can receive emails from any account on our domain, such as support@workcompedge.com,
editor@workcompedge.com, etc.

you need to update your email address or any other contact information,
please use our contact form, email us
at support@workcompedge.com,
or call us at 800-929-4052 x 201. Please indicate your WorkCompEdge
user name or old email address along with your new contact information.
Due
to the high volume of emails that we handle, it is not possible
for us to manually respond to email verifications required by Matador
or similar systems. Please configure your filters to allow our
emails to reach you.
